The second brief of the Context of Practice module put a particular emphasis a synthesis of the contextual knowledge from the first part of the module with our growing knowledge of the practical elements of Graphic Design.
Overall, I happy with my final publication. The main aim of my publication was to inform the target audience of the vast amount of anatomy and terminology used in typography, to achieve this I wanted to portray the aesthetic of a old-fashioned medical textbook to link with the idea of 'anatomy'. By taking inspiration from the work of Leonardo Da Vinci, who studied the human anatomy within his sketches, I believe I have achieved this aim as well as the outcomes of the brief.
I also believe the aesthetic I have chosen for the publication is appropriate for the target audience of the my publication, young students between the ages of the sixteen and eighteen by displaying the information in a way that is understandable and not daunting.
